02What we collect
At purchase and checkout: your name, email address and billing details, plus the record of your order. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
Optional consultation: if you book the $99 setup session, your name, email, chosen time and anything you share during the session. Booking may be handled by a scheduling provider, and sessions may run on a video-call service.
Optional retainer: if you hire us to manage your team, you may grant us access to your Grok Bot account and connected tools. We use that access only to provide the retainer service, we don't copy your data for any other purpose, and you can revoke it at any time. We stop using it when the retainer ends.
Support: anything you send us by email, such as questions or the details needed to help you.
This website: we don't run advertising or analytics tracking on this install site, and we don't set any of our own cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and request logs, to serve and protect the site. If we add analytics later, we'll update this policy.
03What we don't collect: your bots and your data
The teammates run inside your own Grok Bot account, which is provided by xAI. We cannot access your Grok Bot account (unless you hire us for the optional retainer and grant access), your bots' chats, memory or routines, your Brand Profile answers, or any tools you connect, such as email, calendar or CRM. That data is governed by xAI's privacy terms and by the terms of the providers you connect. The optional Brand Profile worksheet is a PDF you fill in on your own device. We don't receive it unless you choose to send it to us.
04How we use it
- To process your order and give you access to the Product.
- To answer support requests.
- To send important messages about your purchase or changes to the Product or these policies.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
05Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment processor, website host and email provider. We also share it when the law requires, or to protect our rights or in connection with a sale of the business.
06How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep support emails as long as needed to help you and handle follow-ups, and then delete them or make them anonymous.
07Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California, other US states, the EEA or the UK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit some uses of it, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email us. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep data the law requires us to keep.
09Children
The Product is for adult professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
