Install your AI Real Estate Team in Grok Bot

Adding all 14 teammates to Grok Bot takes about 15–20 minutes. Each one is a ready-made Grok Bot template: you open its link, tap Add Bot, and move on to the next one. Each teammate's short setup chat comes afterward, whenever you're ready.

Before you start:

  1. Get Grok Premium ($30/month) at x.ai/pricing.

    Which plan should I pick?

Premium is enough to add the team and start. If you'll run daily routines across many teammates, consider Super ($100/month), which x.ai recommends for daily agent users.

  2. Install the Grok Bot desktop app (macOS, Apple silicon) from x.ai/bot and sign in. iOS works too.
  3. Optional: fill in the Brand Profile worksheet so setup goes faster.

Step 1

Download your setup kit

Your team's setup kit: headshots, brand intake and team playbooks, in one zip.

Next, add Nora and drop the zip into her chat.

What's inside

A setup file for each teammate, 14 headshots, team playbooks, a connector checklist and the optional Brand Profile worksheet (fillable PDF or printable). Nora reads it all for you.

Step 2

Add Nora first, your front door

Portrait of Nora

Nora

Chief of Staff

Morning briefings, daily and weekly priorities, routes every task to the right teammate.

Honest limitCan't read your calendar, inbox or CRM until you connect them or paste them in.

Try first“Give me today's briefing.”

[TEMPLATE LINK - Nora]
  1. Make sure you're on Grok Premium ($30/month, x.ai/pricing) and signed in to the Grok Bot app (x.ai/bot).
  2. Open Nora's template link.
  3. Review View Details to see what the template includes and which integrations it uses.
  4. Tap Add Bot. Nora is added to your Grok Bot as her own bot.
  5. Attach the setup kit zip to her chat and say: “Here's my setup kit, set up my team.” She opens it herself, runs your brand intake, then walks you through adding each teammate and tells you exactly what to paste and which headshot to use.
  6. If she can't open the zip, paste NORA-SETUP-PROMPT.md from the kit instead.
Nora holds your Brand Profile and routes work. Every other teammate reports back to her, so you can always start with Nora.
3

Step 3

Add the rest of the team, one at a time

Add each teammate in this order (Nora keeps a checklist for you). For each one, open its link and tap Add Bot, then do what Nora tells you: she gives you the exact text to paste and the headshot to use. Each one works on its own, so you can add more later.

Step 4

Run each teammate's getting-started chat

Every teammate opens with a short setup chat that starts with its honest limits, then asks one question at a time. Each chat takes about 10 minutes, and you can do them whenever you like. They're not part of the 15–20 minutes to add the team.

  • Answer the questions, or paste your Brand Profile or worksheet.
  • The teammate saves only general working preferences to memory. Client details stay in your CRM.
  • At the end, it offers its routines one by one so you can say yes or no to each.
5

Step 5

Connect your own tools

Templates never include anyone else's accounts or secrets. Connect your own tools, or skip them and paste or export the data instead.

ToolUsed byWithout it
Calendar (Google or Outlook)Nora, Wade, Elise, PaigePaste your schedule
EmailNora, Tessa, Ivy, PriyaCopy the drafts and send them yourself
CRMTessa, Priya, Marcus, Nora, HugoExport lists or paste notes
Social scheduler (optional)Jade, LeoPost the files we hand you
6

Step 6

Turn on the routines you want

Every routine is paused when it arrives, such as Nora's morning briefing, Wade's deadline watch and Rex's weekly marketing sweep. Turn on only the ones you want, one teammate at a time. A routine stays quiet when it has nothing new to report.

Routine times are business hours in US Eastern Time (ET) by default, for example 7:00 AM ET. If you work in another timezone, tell Nora your timezone and the routines keep the same local times.

7

Step 7

How to use your team

Start with Nora

Tell her what you need, and she'll tell you which teammate takes it next.

Go straight to a specialist

When you know who you need, such as Paige for a listing appointment.

Bring your facts

The team drafts from your exports, notes and connected tools, and never makes up numbers.

Approve before anything goes out

Say “approved”, then send it yourself or let a connected tool send it.

Give feedback

Correct the same thing twice and the teammate offers to make it a standing rule.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting and FAQ

What's in the setup kit?

Your team's setup kit: a setup file for each teammate, 14 headshots, team playbooks, a connector checklist and the Brand Profile worksheet. Attach the whole zip to Nora's chat and she reads it for you. If she can't open it, paste NORA-SETUP-PROMPT.md from the kit instead.

Which plan should I pick?

Grok Bot comes with Premium ($30/mo), Super ($100/mo) and Ultra ($200/mo), see x.ai/pricing. All three share one weekly usage pool across Grok, Grok Bot and Cursor, and higher plans get more usage. Neither x.ai nor its docs list a cap on how many bots you can have. Each bot can have up to 50 routines, and every routine run uses up usage. Premium is enough to add all 14 and get started. x.ai recommends Super for daily agent users, so move up if you run a lot of daily routines or keep hitting your weekly limit. You can check your usage at grok.com/dashboard.

A template link won't open

Sign in to Grok Bot first (it needs Grok Premium or higher), then open the link again. If it still fails, contact support.

Do I need the worksheet?

No. It's optional and comes in the setup kit (or under What's inside in Step 1). Nora's setup chat asks the same questions.

A teammate doesn't know my brand

Paste your Brand Profile in its chat, or ask it to run its getting-started chat again.

Nothing arrives in the morning

Routines arrive paused. Turn on the morning briefing in Nora's routines.

A teammate says “not checked”

That tool isn't connected. Connect it, or paste the data in.

Can a teammate send emails or posts by itself?

No. Everything is a draft until you approve it.

Is Rex legal advice?

No. Rex explains and flags issues. Your broker or an attorney has the final word.

Do I need all 14?

No. Each teammate works on its own, so start small and add more later.
